abba Ordino Babot Hotel offers a complimentary communal bus service for guests, from the hotel to Ordino Arcalís. This service operates exclusively during the winter season.

  • Pets are accepted upon prior request.
  • Only dogs are admitted. Maximum one dog per room, up to 20 kg.
  • A supplement of €30 per night (IGI included) applies.
  • A welcome kit for your pet is provided, including a food bowl, water bowl and bed.
  • If your pet requires veterinary assistance, please contact Reception.
  • Outside the room, your pet must always be kept on a lead.
  • Pets must not be left alone in the room.
  • When housekeeping or maintenance staff need to access the room, your pet must not be inside.
  • Pets are not permitted in common areas (restaurant, bar, lounge, pool or gym).
  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet in the room or elsewhere in the hotel.
  • Rooms will be inspected at checkout and any damage will be charged accordingly.
  • The hotel accepts no responsibility for pets; the owner is solely responsible at all times.
